CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. We will provide a pre-paid label to be used to return your items (returns are via USPS or UPS). Return shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 that will be deducted from your refund whether you are returning for a refund or an exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a customer refused a package or provided an incorrect or invalid address and their order was returned to us, we will reach out to arrange a solution. Please note that in order for us to reship the order, a re-shipping fee of $3.99 will need to be paid. If no response is received within 10 business days, we will refund your order minus the return shipping postage incurred by the carrier.
