Not loving your purchase? No worries! If you’re not satisfied we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, as long as it:
- Is in brand new condition
- Is accompanied by the original tags and packaging
- Is returned within the first 30 days of when the order has been delivered
To initiate a return or replacement,
- You MUST email us at info@floopi.com and let us know you're a "Good Morning America" customer. (Please Allow Us 24-36 hours to respond to your return request)
- Please include the words "Deals & Steals" in the subject line followed by your order number starting with #Gfloopi.
- In the body of the email please state your full name, order ID, Product or SKU being returned/exchanged, and reason for the return.
*DO NOT send back an order without contacting us first*
*CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING*
*We will provide a pre-paid label to be used to return your items. (Returns are Via USPS or UPS)
*Return Shipping is a FLAT Rate of $3.99 that will be deducted from your refund if “Returning for a refund” & “Returning for an Exchange”.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a customer refused a package or gave the wrong or an invalid address and their order was returned to us, we will reach out to you to come up with a solution on getting your order to you, please note that in order for us to reship the order, the shipping fee ($1.99) will need to be paid. If no response is received within 10 business days we will refund your order minus the return shipping postage incurred by the shipping carrier.
- If your product comes back USED or WORN from Wear/Tare we will not be able to refund your order.
- If the product is defective please mention that to the customer service rep and we will be able to refund your full order or set up a replacement order.
Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and can take up to 2 weeks to fully process a refund.
